Ian Geldard did some thinking and thinks that today marks the 60th anniversary of our starting at Acklam Hall.

In honour of the occasion a small group of us met for coffee at the Hall and were allowed to wander round and go wherever the doors were open which was really good of them. We also practiced lining up on the site of the old quadrangle as we did all those years ago. It was a really nice way to spend the morning.

If you have any memories of that first day which you would care to pass on I would be delighted to receive them.
